The Diversity and Ability (D&A) event was a complex hybrid setup which required us to manage the technical bridge between a live audience in Brighton and a global digital audience.
Taking place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, we provided end-to-end AV hire and managed complex technical event production to ensure 100% accessibility for both in-person and remote delegates. This included height-adjustable lecterns for wheelchair users, a dedicated BSL interpreter stage with custom lighting relays, and real-time live captioning for all displays.
