We created a live event for Diversity and Ability (D&A) where accessibility for all delegates was paramount. With inclusivity being fundamental to the organisation, it was vital that we ensured all attendees could engage equally and enjoy the same high-quality experience, whether joining in-person or online.
To achieve this we called on a range of skillsets, utilising our full live event production experience to deliver a complete solution including hearing aid loops, a height adjustable lectern for presenters, a separate stage, lighting and camera relay for a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter, and screen captioning on displays throughout the venue. All while live-streaming the event to a global audience.
The result was a truly accessible event, enabling this award-winning social enterprise to communicate their message effectively to their audience.
